You have to remember that both Kim & Mike have been managing up (bum kissing) for many years. Mike was a DSM in Pitt area years ago and once he went inside, he played the game as well as anyone. Show extreme positivity no matter what was being thrown out. Listen to him at meetings and calls, literally nothing of substance. Literally nothing.
Kim treats people like poop and doesn't really care about anyone but herself and her wife playing golf and hanging out on the lake. As a Director of Maps, most of her people couldn't stand her. Protected class and another smoocher.
