Pfizer stock has declined dramatically and it just doesn't stop declining. This is a cry for help to Albert Bourla. I know EXACTLY what is wrong with Pfizer and it's plain as day. WE HAVE INEXPERIENCED ALWAYS ROTATING BRAND LEADERSHIP THAT DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE MARKET. THEY TRY TO LEARN THE MARKET WHILE THEY ARE LAUNCHING PRODUCTS THROUGH CONSULTANTS AND ADVISORS WITH NO REAL EXPERIENCE OF THEIR OWN. THIS IS A MODEL THAT HAS BEEN DRIVING THE STOCK TO THE GROUND. YOU NEED TO DISARM BRAND TEAM/MARKETING LEADERSHIP FROM MAKING STRATEGIC DECISIONS AND GIVE ALL STRATEGIC/ BUSINESS/RESOURCE DECISIONS TO FIELD LEADERSHIP OR OTHER STRATEGIC TEAMS THAT HAVE BUSINESS ACUMEN!!!! PLEASE HELP!!! OUR BRANDS ARE BEING RUN INTO THE GROUND BY POOR DECISIONS BY INEXPEREINCED NAIVE MILLENNIAL MARKETERS THAT CAN'T KEEP UP WITH TRENDS IN THE MARKETPLACE OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER!!! THEY ARE FLYING BLIND AND KILLING OUR BUSINESS!!! THEY ARE KILLING PFIZER. IT'S SOOOOO BAD!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!
 




It is not just Pfizer. All big pharma follows same playbook. If a product becomes a blockbuster it is usually by accident. Scientists invented a drug that turns out to be great. I suck, I know. But that’s how I win everyday in this market. My speakers love me and my abilities. Pretty simple. Spend 2 hours a day in the gym, 10K on chest, wax everywhere else. And glide to the finish line.

It’s the same at other companies, especially AZ. Those in upper level sales and marketing roles are just doing time in these roles so they can move on to an even higher global do nothing role. They all come in thinking they can’t just continue doing what was done by the previous person, even if it’s working. They wouldn’t be able to claim credit for anything. So they insist their plan is better, they change for change sake, find a way to claim victory and hope to be gone before the consequences can be blamed on them. I’ve seen it happen repeatedly for over 20 years in multiple large organizations.

Nothing is going to change. This model is ingrained in every pharma company’s DNA.
 


The worst thing about Pfizer is not that, its the overstaffing of Field Medical!!! For every field medical colleague you hire, you decrease sales by x%. Lets start with 1 FMD per disease state in the nation and see if we need more. That way we stop decreasing sales. FMDs, the non collaborative big fakers always hiding behind compliance at Pfizer so they can continue to only be accountable for wntering fake engagements. Joksters making 100s of thousands of dollars per year entering fake engagements or "how's your kids" engagements. They dont sell at all and just get in the way of salespeople. Greatly reduce FMDs and you will start seeing a bottom on the stock price. Then, also dramatically reduce salespeople by half. If you give salespeople less responsibility top talent will leave because top talent wants MORE responsibility. Next thing you know you have KOLs being engaged by low level talent because we needed to fill a vacancy. But we will continue to listen to consultants who drive the Share price down. Upper level management are not being upfront about real engagement by sales so they can have more people reporting to them. Then milk run time by a sales rep as needed even though they see 1 prescriber a week and are working 1 hour per day on average. Really terrible!!!!
