There have been openings recently for Pfizer IVIG Sales. Would you (as a CSL Area Mgr) leave CSL Behring for a position with Pfizer? Why or why not?

No. Low performing player in a competitive market. Not enough emphasis bringing new and better products to market. Few FDA indications.

I will have to see how my bonus goes over the next few quarters. Getting harder to make $ here with the buckets the way they are.

After this meeting I would definitely go. At least they might have a IC plan where people could actually have a chance to make money. I’ve never heard such bs from a company.
They talk about all this money they are making and how good we are doing then screw us on bonus.
