Who does the "fining"? Pharma is self-regulated rules and don't "fine" their own members. These were agreed upon "rules" before the government came in and set the rules.
Novartis has just been screwed by this kind of stuff... also starting in may no docs can have wine or alcohol at programs... so clearly you can be fucked over. Be careful. Company is being watched by FCC and FDA (also khloes commercial getting fined too. Read about it)
