All bonus will go down. The quota is to high. This collaboration idea is a joke.

No follow up, no sense of urgency ,,,people how can't make any decisions ,,
Bad hires on the Scientific side.
 




The first quarter bonus was crap. I sold the most I ever have to date and made the least.

Stack is a bastud,,,, don't pay the sales people. ,,,see the good ones leave..

The ones that stay figure a way to screw the company .

Way to nurture loyalty and hard work ,,what a ass
 






The sales culture here is this.

They think the sales people suck, they keep cutting are pay and are adding people they do t need. Education specialist are not needed and they are now middle management heavy.


All the middle mangers are posturing themselves toward the a CEO making a ton more non sense work for sales.

Most don't have a clue ,,,they have never sold the drug,,and the hard ass posturing makes them look good but does not help sell the drug.

They don't want to pay there good people. So most of sales is pissed off.
 






They are talking base of 100K, and total comp at $170K, with reps making $220K. Got a verbal from CG. Going to take the job. Med Device is way harder than what this seems to be.

This is for a position in michigan. They said the other rep michigan is killing it, and she is making 200 plus.
