does anyone know how this is calculated? My manager doesn't know shit. I have no idea how to focus my efforts to raise PI. If it's payor mix then I blame our horrible managed care group for lousy contracts and billing for their inability to chase down money from contracted insurers. Who made this index up? Some little guy wearing a tinfoil hat?
