What does the pipeline and hiring timelines look like here
I agree and up and comer. We’d be lucky to get a chance to work thereVery strong pipeline with much diversity. Neuro, ALS, Carsio, HAE, rare disease. It’s a very promising company!
Are they hiring other teams here soon? Looking for field rolesI agree and up and comer. We’d be lucky to get a chance to work there
Yes they have a new field team they are anticipating hiring leaders starting Q1 and sales team Q2 2025.Are they hiring other teams here soon? Looking for field roles
They are preparing to move into a crowded market with no advantage over the current therapies. Ionis has always partnered their products and not built commercially. There is a reason this one has no partner.Yes they have a new field team they are anticipating hiring leaders starting Q1 and sales team Q2 2025.
Not true. Not sure what you are reading but your facts are not accurate.Stronger pipeline products are all partnered. Company has been around for over 40 years and never commercialized anything on their own. Anything they are commercializing had trouble finding a partner.
There are multiple product launches happening not sure what you are refering to but the current launch market has no competitor so not sure what 'book' you're reading but unless you know, don't comment on bs and mislead others who might actually see the value coming here. Strong products many in the pipeline and Ionis is only looking to commercialize their products moving forward. Lots of opportunity starting to happen, people are seeing the value coming to Ionis. They are preparing to move into a crowded market with no advantage over the current therapies. There was nothing untrue about the previous statement. The company has been in business for decades and has partnered their high potential products. Just look at their pipeline. Anything that is Ionis owned, either hasn't been partnered yet or there wasn't interest. Of the two drugs they are preparing to launch, one is in a tiny market of under 1000 patients with a competitor that also just filled with the FDA and the HAE drug has no true differentiation in the market. There are multiple product launches happening not sure what you are refering to but the current launch market has no competitor so not sure what 'book' you're reading but unless you know, don't comment on bs and mislead others who might actually see the value coming here. The company has been a research company for 35 years and have successfully developed many molecules that they co promoted with other established pegs because they did n out have a commercial team to do it themselves. That has changed now and ones that are ‘less profitable’ they will co promote keeping the more profitable brands to themselves. Big Pharma is laying off or dying so call Ionia what you want. Culture is great. Seems to be hiring a lot of Genentech former employees so it’s becoming Genentech 2.0 which is not ideal but for now we are small enough but eventually will become Genentech if they continue on this trajectory. Commercially they are just starting out so lots of building and changing there which can be a bit of a challenge as systems and processes are starting to be established but overall great culture. Bonus for field teams are around 50-55K and salary range is $175-195k. They are hiring the HAR sales team soon just posted for an April start. How is it working here? I see they're hiring again. I do like what I see with their pipeline. Anyone with additional information on culture, benefit specifics?
Allergy and emergency specialty- yes correct on the aboveI did see Ionis hiring again, which is great! Do you know who the target physicians will be? Immunology, allergy, pulmonology? Did not say on the current job posting but for Angioedema I’m assuming Allergists or Immunology?
Company card/ Amex, territory sizes mid range, fleet vehicle no- only car allowance and full health benefits and 401KWhat are the territory sizes? Health benefits? Fleet vehicle? Company card?
Territories are much smaller than the other team., Great health benefits- Cigna with a mix of high deductible and 90/10 plans that are not super expensive to us. Fleet vehicle as of now is an allowance that we can use or corporate card for gas, tolls and parking but this will likely change soon Company card yes everyone gets an AMEX for travel and expenses. What are the territory sizes? Health benefits? Fleet vehicle? Company card?
Guess you will need to do you research we are not helping you prep for your interview. Figure it out. What’s the car allowance? Gas card?
Also, why emergency specialty with HAE?
How is MRNA HAE going to differentiate its self from orladeyo, which is also a phropy pill? Coverage? Quick start program or free trial?
