I don’t think so homie! They are filling positions in my region. You don’t fill positions when you’re about to layoff. I will say reps that are on PIP’s are reps that are bringing in about 10 a week. Should be doing more than that by now. If you’re bring that in that many you are not profitable. Simple math!

INVESTORS convince Phathom to buy the data. 50-75% of prescriptions wrote aren’t filled and reps can’t save them if they don’t know right away when they’re wrote. Putting managers and reps on PIPs and firing them 10 months into launch won’t make this company profitable, it is ruining morale and will lead to talent leaving and will take months to fill those positions and train new employees.

Buy the data and give us a chance to be successful. Most managers and reps are investing in the company, we want it to be successful and extremely profitable!!
