This company needs to rid itself of the ex-Sanofi trash and don't get me started with Theivon's douchebags. Bub-bye KS from sales training. Too bad she will no longer support her husbands company buying sales training products.
 
grow up, most feel bad for the home office folks and their families. why not discus some real issues on this site. whats up with merit increases, adjustments, new fair goals, and correct numbers (lack of)... wake up Sales Oooooops!
 
I suppose that closing the NJ offices and getting rid of all of the non-essential personnel will help Mylan cover the cost or "write off" the lawsuits that they have from former employees from the EEOC in order to settle and to keep from going to court. "Tit for Tat", those that made the decisions will now have their "previous" salaries pay for the the lawsuits that they caused. Now, talk about Kharma??? It is sad that many good employees in NJ will have to endure the cost of these as well when it should be just a handful of HR that should pay.
 
You responded to your own thread loser, not sure when you got sniped but move on for the F'in love of God! Go troll somewhere else, we have real issues here. For example fair and attainable quotas, numbers we can TRUST, speakers/budget and DTC ads that can offset what S/A is doing. If these are not fixed, the future looks grim!
 
Before mocking home office people, may want to consider the job security and survival of the sales force with these massive changes. Wake up.

Get off your high horse. It's pharma...there isn't any job security with any pharma company. Hell, there isn't any job security in any industry these days. You may want to get out of the 1950's and realize what year it is.
 
do you think the sales force is at risk for downsizing/layoffs? when?
