ROTFLMAO! This company couldn’t get it right 8-9 years (when Voyant was initially supposed to get released) and you still can’t. I kept in touch with a couple reps after I left in 2016 and Voyant still was the laughing stock of the OR. For anyone reading this, please remember Applied doesn’t care about you. It’s engineering first, everyone else 2nd & 3rd. Also, there’s little to innovation done here. Covidien and JNJ have the big bucks to spend on R&D. Applied are nothing more than copy cats that reinvent the wheel.

what forms are you collecting if you're not selling anything?
 


No one at Applied can sell Voyant, that’s why they are asking reps to just canvas the OR for signatures. These signatures will then force the CEO to implement an average product.

I heard whoever gets most forms signed, they get $500 gift card to the online Applied medical sweatshop!

Can’t wait for next weeks strategy.

Well, a lot has changed since you were fired in 2016. You clearly haven't been in the OR since then or you would see that Voyant is here and it's only going to grow.

Oh, engineering is the foundation of the company and that's why we are able to be so innovative. We overtook JnJ and Medtronic and we have a fraction of their budget. Why? Because we engineered much better products.
 


hey 23 years old USC grad engineer. Welcome to the real world, you aren’t perfect, your product isn’t prefect and you don’t get a participation award for everything. You literally make 50k a year and live at your parents.

it only does it work but if you really in the OR the reprocessed hand pieces are even faster with the FT10s

Our Voyant team all worked for ligasure in 2006 and they KNOW everything
 




I just looked at the company's website. About a year ago I saw you guys had openings in every city it seemed. Now there are barely any openings. Let me be crystal clear, I'm not looking to come work for Applied and become poor, but I found that interesting. Did you all mass hire to get ready for your energy roll out?
 


dude are you serious, if you were smart enough to not come to work at Applied, I would expect some sort of common sense to know, we AREN’T hiring.

Only select markets and have to be highly qualified so prolly only stay a year.

I didn't do a good job with my /sarc/ in the prior message.

I'm really shocked anyone is staying on that sinking ship. What is gamble? That energy works out? I really find it implausible to believe that there aren't better job options for you guys? They company is what it is, but all the Applied reps I've met have been really good reps who worked really hard, then found a better job.
 








Why is anyone at that company for more than 3 three years? I'd really love to know what you guys who have hung around think is going to happen? I did my 1.5 years and was on to a better paying job. Do you all think that Voyant is somehow going to take off?
