Anyone heard of this lab? Who are they and how do they bill? They took a client form me and basically lied about everything. My client came back in 30 days. Any more information?

Precision Diagnostics, as Precision Toxicology is now known, is an exceptional company. In my 18 years in medical sales, I've never worked for a company that works so diligently at doing it above board and by the book. At times, it's actually pretty annoying that our company won't take a chance and try some of the things our competitors do to get business. Don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating that we should do things illegally to get clients. What I mean is they won't even allow things that are, as of today, are perfectly legal and done by many other labs. Precision is so conservative they won't do anything that even LOOKS bad. It's just not their style. This company isn't some fly-by-night operation. They have the backing of and association with some very large players. Names like a former Homeland Security Director, former

sorry ^^. Don't know how that happened. As I was saying:

...former presidential Economic Advisors, and other big players. These people are no joke and they know what they're doing.

Prescision Diagnostics has the advantage of having a dynamic COO running the operations of that company. Miguel Gallego is nothing short of a visionary genius. Gallego and founder/CEO of the company Jason Hansen see the future and they're always planning two steps ahead and helping to drive the industry with incredible, unmatched technology. They harness the power of technology to drive the company forward in every facet of its operations and are constantly thinking of new and innovative ways to get a job done. Nothing is ever complacent. They're always moving forward.

Science is key in this company and the R&D team with Kevin Krock, Rick Tjomas, and others is second to none.

Precision is not without its Achilles heel either. Our biggest problem is having to live down the lousy reputations of the crappy labs that have come before and after us. There are some companies that do some really shady stuff and clients are sick of dealing with it. I'll tell you this much, however. In the two years I've worked there, I've never lost one client. Not one has switched to another lab. Why? Because we ALWAYS under promise and over deliver. My docs are happy, not because we've never made a mistake, because we have, but if we do, we don't BS our way out of it. Our approach is to be really transparent, correct the mistake ASAP, and immediately make adjustments so it doesn't happen again. They stay because we don't gouge our patients or their payors, we're really up front about the fact that we won't be involved, in any way, with shady inducement schemes, we won't stoop to low levels to get the business, but we sure as hell will provide an excellent product to our clients with the best science in the industry today, and we'll do it quickly and efficiently.

Is everything perfect all the time? No, but, Precision is a family and in the end, everyone pulls together to get it done.

Now THAT's what Precision Diagnostics is all about. I know that sounds like a sales pitch, but it truly is my feeling and experience here. I came to Precision after owning my own medical business for 15 years, and being a former nursing home administrator for a very large LTC company. I've been around the block. In fact, before I came to work here, I owned a pain management clinic and was called on by multiple Tox reps for years. I've probably used one or more of the companies you're working for. The best (and last) lab our docs ever used was Precision. I was so impressed with the company and its people that I sold my business and a month later came to work here. It's no joke.

Anyway, that's my spiel. Take it for what it's worth.

What it's worth? Looks like a marketing press release to me, not an honest Cafe Pharma post.
What it's worth? If you threw in two bucks, it would be worth exactly two bucks and one could buy half of one of those fancy pumpkin spice latte's all the ladies are raving about these days.
