Pro: drug & base salary, (negotiate hard they are desperate.)
Con: pods with another company, terrible vacation plan, weak bonus, no equity, indecisive leadership, multiple competitors coming to a team that fucks up when there is no competition now, always massive turnover in house and in the field.
its a decent job to take if you are unemployed, not in oncology, or in a bad situation but it's not a good place to be long term.
