You only get paid on Gel products. Not sure what it is based on since the comp plan constantly changes. Ask the hiring manager about what % Voyant plays in your comp plan. If it's more than 25% of your "at plan" you can be certain you will not be "at plan".

Also know that the turnover rate is through the roof with these positions.

If your interviewing, you wont be hired until 2021. NO TRAINING CLASSES UNTIL NEXT YEAR.

Gel specialist is a joke. No growth for that anymore no matter what the hiring manager says.
