did you know it takes 3 month to setup the OS and DB on a new server and more than 2 month to get a VTL session?

So, what is the lead time if the original post is incorrect?

Is that the time it takes for the original setup request, or is it for the 2nd request to get it done correctly that you inevitably need to submit?

It's actually the time it takes to have your request reviewed before they come back and ask for more information.

ITS is a joke and does nothing but slowdown our business needs preventing us from doing our jobs of supporting the business to make a profit.

Agree with everything that has been said (except the calling people "d*ck" above).
But lets not forget it is the wonderful leaderhip that currently exist ...Mike H, Jane C, Dave R, Jack G, etc. that haver hijacked the work and what gets done now.

Unfortunately, the workers below wind up taking the brunt of the critisim because of the "fiefdom's" that the leaders have put in place.
