None. There are so much more advanced and better products out there. I won't name any. Just do your research and make informed decisions on how you spend your $$ on products that actually make a difference.
The clinical studies done at SM are by doctors that are on SM staff and get paid.

True exists in above post. The other truth is SM makes docs that are "selected" to attend these lavish seminars and "ad boards" are only selected based on purchases and then after these so called seminars, the reps are required to go out and call on each attendee and make sure they order $10k +. If they don't, the rep and manager are pressured beyond belief! This is so unethical of not illegal. The company is going to be in hot water very soon.
