Promotion from within, don't kid yourself

KC Medical Devices is most pathetic company when it comes to promoting from within it's own salesforce. Consider this, these are the last promotions which came from outside of the KC medical device sector:

Area Mgr - East
Area Mgr - West
General Mgr - Med. Devices
General Mgr - Pain Mgt.
RM Colorado, then replaced by a supply manager
RM New York, then replaced by a supply manager
RM Seattle
RM Atlanta, back stabber
RM Chicago
RM Columbus Ohio

Are there no good people in our sector who can step up to a management position, guess not. So don't hold your breath for a promotion, you will always be a worker bee!

Perhaps we see things different.
RM NY was from the outside....then replaced with someone from the inside.
RM Colorado was from the outside, then replaced with someone from the inside
RM Manager in Atlanta. Promoted from within as well.

So what exactly is your point?

My point dipwad is that none of these positions were filled with medical device managers or reps. The exception would be Kim Grace and she can't spell cat if you spotted her the c and the t. Get real my friend, if you want to be promoted go to another company and then come back if you are foolish enough.
