I have 2 years exp in PCP.

Maybe 70, 80K
Not sure with only two years experience an not in psychiatry

The worst thing here is the number of in services they make you do. It is unsustainable.

Where does one begin. It’s ALL bad here. Low pay, micro mgmt, crappy products, high turnover etc.
