Q1 Guidance 2014

Dear investors,

We've just lost our largest customer & would like to revise our projected earnings for Q1 & beyond! Our largest national lab partner dropped our only test last week & were not sure what to do.

Just to be clear in the past 3 months the following has happened:

- We laid off 30% of our sales force
- Our 5th largest customer (Solstas) was bought by a competitor
- Our largest customer (HDL) had dropped our test starting Monday

We are confident that all these events will negatively impact the business & expect our stock will be well under $3 very soon. If you know anyone looking to purchase an over valued company, please contact us, we're desperate!

Unfortunately, it's due to PPP. (Piss Poor Planning). Who in their right mind would assume they wouldn't. Especially when you have only one test. Unbelievable. Now it's down to only 2 labs we can hope to partner. I dread to see what happens to the stock after Q1 numbers are reported. The volume of tests were primarily from HDL any way. How do these people get paid the big bucks without being proactive in a volatile market? We are f_cked.

The NMR has been around FOREVER. Who would be dumb enough to think HDL wouldn't get their own? They can make more money without partnering. Plain and simple. Arrogance and Stupidity.

The gig is up.

They obviously didn't make the test themselves. . . question is, where did they get it from? Or where are they sending it to? What company or what instrument? Curious what this competition is. . .

Which companies are the potential partners? I assume Labcorp is one.

thats one but you know our leadership has always said that they cannot sell themselves out of a paper bag. When growth goals are like they have been the past year (present quarter excluded), growing in only Lab Corp is slow and not realistic to hitting goals and making plan.

The Liposcience reps jumped LabCorp's ship because HDL was picking up market share so quickly...and in turn burned their bridges with LCA. Now HDL is tanking and no one in my region will give the Liposh!ts the time of day, anymore.
