Question about Hiring Process



Do internal candidates applying for a position get more attention and a better chance of getting the job than an outside candidate?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Like perhaps many of the "posts" are really bullshit and AA/nepotism "work-arounds" ???
And you don't get "attention" by being competent, by the way !!!!

Internal matters only if you are a fast tracker, identified in succession planning or if you know the hiring manager and they think you are qualified AND if you have a network of supporters.

If you don't know your succession planning status . . . you have bigger problems.
