What is the interview process like? What are the goals for bonus? Are they achieveable? What are the managers like, good or bad? What group has it easiest for making goals?

OLD PRODUCT NO STUDIES EXCEPT FROM THE 70s WAY TOO MUCH $$$$ NO GOOD EXPLANATION AS TO WHY IT IS CRAZY EXPENSIVE AND INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE FIGURING THIS OUT AND MORE AND MORE ARE NOT GETTING APPROVED!!!
