questions on Caulk division

I have an upcoming interview for a Caulk sales position. I have read many old posts. Many are very negative and have nothing good to say.

Have things changed for Dentsply and the Caulk Division in the past few years? Any improvement? Any advice? I will gladly read all of the negative and amusing responses but hope to get some good feedback.

I have been in Medical Sales for 10 yrs., a short time in dental. I do have some clinical dental background years ago and think this may be a good opportunity but have not read very many current responses, thoughts, opinions, etc.

Thank you

I worked there a long time ago, in the 1980's.

It was the Best Job I ever had in dental.

Great People. Smart, talented mentors and managers.

Great Products. Plenty of grip stock for dealmaking and bribes.

All the freedom you could ever want.

Dentsply sucked, and so did the pay, but you only needed to leave the house a few times a week...

Pray you get the opportunity to experience Caulk. You'll be glad you did. and Fuck the detractors here. Most of them couldn't get laid in a whorehouse with 100 bills falling out of their pockets. They are useless as AIDS. Its been a pleasure taking their business and commissions the last 25+ years.

Key take away from post: 1980's

Dentsply is awful...End of story.

I work for Dentsply Caulk and love it. Dental is a fun industry to be in. Caulk has great products, great training and is a respected name.

end of sentence: too bad they pay peanuts so I have to sell my grip stock out of the trunk for cash. If the pay was at least average I wouldn't be looking for another better paying job.
