. But first get rid of the entire wound care management team that Tim and Doug hired less than 2 years ago. They are incompetent and know NOTHING about the business or the customer. If you don't believe that they are incompetent, let them continue to run things, and you can all meet for a war room on the unemployment line.
Let see, no new products because private equity disbanded our R & D and marketing departments (8 years ago) and then financially raped the company, paying themselves huge dividends and leaving the company with a boat-load of debt at exorbitant interest rates. Lets not forget that they, (private equity) off-shored us to the UK (how American) to save money on corporate taxes ( I guess they didn't forsee Trump).
