Agree totally. All you needed to know the truth about how this organization, um, company, (no organization at all, sorry), promotes/recognizes employees is to just attend National Meeting. Margaret wins "Behaviors" Award and a trip? Really? So she got all those votes from the field and home office for Quickbase? Really? Over the guy who ran the pilot and has been here 37 years, really? And speaking of that guy here for 37 years. An ostomy RSM for 1 year gets promoted to Area Director for WOUND CARE!!! Really Mary? Like the entire company couldn't figure that one out.
