i second the nepotism and favortism comment. The only way that you will get ahead in this company is if you kiss enough ass. Men get promoted when they have never had a successful year of sales but others, particularly women ate told they must be at 100% to be promoted. I am surprised that this company has not been sued for some of ther practices. I have worked here for 14 years and this is the worst shape this company has ever been in. There is no value placed on tenured employees. Why do we have 4 different sales forces? How much is it costing the company to pay these Home Health and Acute ATM’s? How much money is the travel costing the company since these ATM’s are covering huge territories? Why do we need ATM’s? Why not invest that money somewhere it is really needed? Like paying your employees better. Just dumb decisions that seem like a waste of money. All the good reps have left or are planning to leave.
