Ricky Echols got let go today. Could it have been because of all the complaints against him by female employees and the investigations? Nah. What is going to happen to his klan of male reps? Who is their sugar daddy now?
 








The investigations were finally able to prove what a poor leader Ricky is.

Radius should be ashamed that they allowed him to lead for so long.

Radius allowed Ricky Echols (top tobacco spitter of the South) to create a culture of fear, discrimination, bullying and backstabbing. And that’s on a good day. On a bad day it was worse. He created a very toxic culture and hurt many people so he could remain in power.

We can only hope he is never allowed to lead again. Now that he’s gone, who will join me to ensure he never leads again? #stopthespittingoodoldboyfromleadingpeople

Hoping he was taken to the cleaners with this lawsuit or future lawsuits.

And now Being mean to each other needs to stop.

People worked in fear and this thread was the only forum for scared women to speak.

Everyone needs to come forward with the truth about Ricky and now that he’s gone focus on fixing our culture.

The vulgar, mean, and childish posting needs to stop. It’s like children posting. Do you have children? Would you want them to know this is how you behave? I don’t think so. I would certainly hope not.

Thanks, HR for the uplifting note. Feeling a bit quality over your incompetence in this. Let this be a signal to you, wrong is wrong and you need to quickly investigate with an open mind. This took to long and this directly lies in your court because of your relationship to senior management. Honestly what do you do except threats to the rest of the staff about issues that on be taken directly to individual and solved in one conversation.

What I would want any child to know, including your own, is that one cannot be bullied and harassed because of your gender or the color of your skin.

Or do you think it’s ok to be emotionally abused because your simply a woman or not a white male?

You with your, low IQ comments will
not minimize the pain and damages that RE and other male leaders at Radius put several women through. You would be appalled if you knew the many stories. Hopefully one day you can find out. And once you do, if you have one ounce of human decency, you will feel ashamed for posting.

The women abused by Radius men will never stop. We will not stop or rest until they are no longer leading anyone.

I’ve been reading this saga for a while now and I’m going to finally respond.

I lost two amazing female directos, an amazing RBD, close colleagues who became friends. And each one of them was targeted by a white Radius leader. Simply because they were a woman. These women’s lives were destroyed and they have never been the same. To
Listen to their stories is heartbreaking.

Very sad when you see this continue to happen over and over again. And see men come out on top. Even if they are let go, they are let go with money and dignity. Something that these women never received. Radius needs to seriously look internally and make drastic changes. they also need to make it right w all the women hurt.

Same poster. All posts within minutes of each other. One female disgruntled employee who was fired for her wrong doings. Everyone knows who you are. They talk about you all the time. They know it’s you posting.

You’re a sick individual who needs help. Find a job and move on. Go spread lies elsewhere. You’ve caused enough problems.

Warms my heart that you took your meds today and are getting up in the morning to post on CP, That’s a good sign.

But get off this site because your an idiot and shouldn’t be here. Once more people like you leave, maybe we can turn this place around. Defending the idiots in this company is just something a crazy person would do. Please take your daily meds and don’t act crazy. Focus on getting better.
