Radius Demotes Senior Leaders to hide wrong doings

Do you think demoting RE and SR will stop the bad behavior of this white boys club?

Shame on you Radius for not firing those two.

Were you even on the call? RE was NOT demoted! His job has not changed! SG got a demotion (or “lateral Move”) to the job he should have had initially! Mkt/Pt Access is where his experience is. He wasn’t meant to be a sales leader. If you’ve never “carried a bag”, you shouldn’t be leading a sales team!
But RE was by no means demoted! Yes, there is a VP of sales leading commercial division. but does she has sales experience either?
 


All of this should bother everyone in this company. Speaking about women in demeaning terms, chewing tobacco in public while representing this company is very unprofessional. Most companies have a no tobacco policy. All I hear is negative thoughts and accusations from you all. However you still work here and collect a reasonable salary. What keeps you here, there a plenty of jobs else where. This company has had problems from day one and only individuals who remain consistently are from compliance...does that upset you all. Turn over has been consistent with ratio's beyond industry norms. except of course from compliance. What's the missing link? From the inside to looking out something is wrong and possibly there are legal implications. You all have a choice, either stay and collect a salary and maybe a bonus or pull up your big boy pants and find a job that represents your ethics and standards for employment. If you do not then we know where you stand and deserve the consequences of staying.
 


Anyone noticed that the company website of Leadership now has fewer men and has Avery Price and Chhaya Shah featured prominently? Sorry Radius - simply changing your website is not going to hide the deplorable way the company treats women.

TRUST ME... we are all looking for better jobs as many of us have interviews around the corner. The management here is terrible but they leave you alone and that's why some of us are hanging around.

Who is making these posts? My god it’s obvious you’re the same person. Move on and do us all a favor. There was a reorg. There were shifts in responsibilities. No one got demoted. It doesn’t make sense to me either but it is what it is. Does Bob V have a marketing background? Does he have a background in sales to work alongside that team? That combo is a disaster waiting to happen but again it is what it is we’ll see another reorg down the road when that doesn’t work out. Who is making these choices is beyond my grasp. The smartest thing they did was put SG back in charge of market access. He didn’t need to be running sales, he was put in that position . And I’m sorry the head of marketing is a nice guy but he had no experience and he took that team nowhere. Look how many people he lost . So freaking tired of all this crap I’m gonna start looking for a new job tomorrow.

This is Such a shit show.. I think it’s funny they “HR” had the original post about “no experience” Ricky taken down and we keep them popping up. Take this down and we will just make another. Ricky needs to GO! Management here is just riding the gravy train, doing nothing and helping this company go to shit.

Why does Kelly Martin have a 11.2 million year package and Chaaya 1.2 these are the questions we should be wondering how a company blows this kind of money on useless salaries - how much do you make? Leave this twisted nightmare these people are corrupted on so many levels and are hiding it under their inadequate leadership team

This is disgusting! What does Danielle do! She has never led a sales force! She makes her managers spend 1/4 of their time in a meeting that she sits back and listens and let’s her “mentor” or whatever you want to call that man run the meetings! Wouldn’t the manager’s time be better spent in the field, developing us? Since we are all so terrible……per her mentor. We do not get raises for multiple years. Multiple years COE winners got NOTHING this year! No RSUs, not even a 2-3% raise! Yet she starts in Sept and gets a $15k raise and 2/3 or of bonus prorated! Don’t know about you, but just over 3 months of the year…..that math doesn’t add up!
And of course all her shares were purchased at the $6.92 bc that is what we bought at after the December double massive kill! What has she do T to warn any one that? Hasn’t retained
Mangers. Hasn’t retained too performers. Taught us nothing- in fact pints our our flaws but doesn’t say “ let’s work with CYZ team on XXX”. Just talk about us- it gets back to us so the ppl you think you can trust? Think again.
kM may have not done illegal things but they were definitely unethical. Doesn’t the SEC care about that?

Care enough to coach Danielle, not belittle and nitpick. Those people are at the top, over and over and over again. Clearly they aren’t they problem.

Gurnet has purchased other companies that are thriving now. We can only hope they merge us, or figure a way to keep most of us ( since most left anyway and majority are close to signing a new job or looking) but this could be a good thing.

the $10/share was gross! All of them knew for 10 months! So they each looked us directly in the eyes and blatantly lied.to our faces! Where is the honesty and integrity at all times?
