Radius's Response for Field Based Reps

Is Radius joking? Leave it up to the local manager? What if the manager is apathetic and demands employess go to work? There are managers that are telling employees that their jobs are in jeapordy if they don't work.

Being in offices everyday increases our risk. Why are they not giving extra time for field employees if their chidlren's schools are closed?

This is a lawsuit in the making. They need to have a coporate policy, where is the in house council, oh wait working from home. The risk is 10 fold for everyone in going in and out of offices all day long. Well individusals are not seeing their doctors these days. At the discretion of the low level managers, really, do any of them have an infectious diease background. Typical Radius Health, corporate greed, they think they weill contiune to add additional business during this time? Most offices are trijng to keep their heads above water with all the sick calls they ar receiving.

Think about the sub-specialities we are calling on Rheumotogy and Edocrine, all those indivvduals in that practice are at a higher risk for virus transmission. Man up here JK and make a decsion based on logic and science.

Several managers are using the Motto, “I’m out in the field, you can be in the field”. Corporate cannot rely on managers distraction - managers play favorites.

Nobody should be in the field, university and colleges are doing on-line classes. Certainly they can up with a plan to replace field work. For example a coporate statement you can share with your clients, e-mail updates from you, mass faxes, updates on WedMD. Lord there even suggesting no unnecessary activities like haircuts... If this is not contained and progress of spread is not slowed, we as a nation will be 100,000 hospital beds short and short of ventilators for respirator support for some patients. This will touch everyone in ways we did not anticipate. Be smart...

There is a cost to your value as a representative when you walk into an office, business as usual, and the provider says, “why are you here, you should be home, you are not helping contain this.”

Are we really partnering with customers for the health of their patients? Not really

do the right thing:

Institute a paid Spring Break for two weeks and reassess the situation.

let the Hub dig out and get organized for an appropriate launch after the break.

2 states are closing all bars and restaurant, do you actually think physcians offces will allow unnecessary individuals in their office for at least 6-8 weeks. I have spoken with two of my colleagues who work for other companies their guidance has been litle to no contact with offices and staff. In fact Biogen is doing all interviews including final ones before offers virtual.

HR JK and JH...think about this, what will be your guidance this week.

Like everything Radius, a day late and a dolla short. Like why haven’t you given us the education to counter competition? Let’s take the next couple of weeks to hone our knowledge on competition.

Because they are incapable of any creative ideas and additional our MSL's are lazy and not corporate smart about competition. So this is not going to happen now or ever. Great time to look around for other choices of employment and collect radius salary.

Quit being such weak people, suck it up. I held two lunch and learns today on Osteoporosis in Atria Burlingame for the "early eaters" at 11 and the "late lunch" at 2pm. Ten people at each lunch very heightened interest in how inactivity can result in a greater risk of Osteoporosis. Was a little strange with all the respiratory questions but just powered through. Got a sheet cake "Tymlos isTimely" so we did a little celebration at the late lunch. So come on, get out and make things happen .

Radius is setting an example for the rest of PHARMA. April 30th? That’s a huge financial commitment to the sales force. Appreciate this....Virtually everyone else has been told to resume selling early April.

if you can’t appreciate this, you have an awesome opportunity to interview for multiple vacancies at other companies.

Thank you Radius.

That date will change for all companies with in the next week. Mutiple sources have indicated we will not be able to somewhat return to "normal" life here in the US until late summer or early Fall. Schools are even considering delaying their Fall term start.

Oh and thanks Joe for the update. May I recommend a few books for your down time.

1. Leadership: Myth and Reality.
2. Leadership: In Turbulent Times
3. Humble Leadership: The Power of Relatioiships, Opennes and Trust

That should give you a start.
