Radius's Response for Field Based Reps

That date will change for all companies with in the next week. Mutiple sources have indicated we will not be able to somewhat return to "normal" life here in the US until late summer or early Fall. Schools are even considering delaying their Fall term start.

Oh and thanks Joe for the update. May I recommend a few books for your down time.

1. Leadership: Myth and Reality.
2. Leadership: In Turbulent Times
3. Humble Leadership: The Power of Relatioiships, Opennes and Trust

That should give you a start.

Thanks for the reading suggestions. I have one for you:

Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink

Stop bitching and blaming loser.

I have read that book, I believe the premise of the book is for the leader to take resonability for the teams actions, success and failures. The book was written by 2 Navy seals, although I am grateful for their service, my personal opinion once out of that setting they can not main stream themselves into everyday life.

The statistics for these are well documented, in fact if you look in genreral at veterans unemployment rate, depemdece on drugs or alcohol it certainly is alarming and as a country we are not doing anything about it.
So, you can see why I am very skeptcal about your recommedation. Yes, we should all take reasonability for are actions and make adjustments as needed but we still need leadership. No matter what each of us decides to do next the leadership here is lacking of credibility, honestly and integrity. Not a foundation for success for anyone. And lastly before you tell me to move on, I certainly and many others are in the process, we have learned here not to assume there is truth in words. So a educated thoughtful deliberation is occurring for many of us.

Team guys don’t understand the real world? Can’t assimilate? Man, you are ignorant. Btw check your grammar before you dust off that resume.

What were you drinking while you typed?

Although the grammer mistakes were that of a 6th grader, the content is excellent. We have all learned to question, document and requisition eveything that is done or said at Radius. The follow-up statments were obviously from HR. No one in this company believes that managment care about their professional development. Move-on if you think it is the right choice or stay collect a resonalbe salary and work as little as possible. I
