Randox?

Hello, I work for Randox in our UK headquarters. Randox develop, manufacture and market diagnostic reagents and equipment for laboratory medicine. Our range of products includes Biochip Array Technology, immunoassay analysers, clinical chemistry analysers and reagents, quality control materials and schemes, and life sciences products such as antibodies and proteins.

Please let me know if there are any specific queries you have about Randox.

Thanks

Charlotte Jess

As a former employee of this company in the US, I can say that they are just an OK company to work for. They tend to hire someone who needs a job as opposed to wants their job. They tend to fire people if they don't produce rather quickly. Understandable, but there is no loyalty. Salary is low for industry average and forget about commissions. Profit sharing is what thy give, but will never tell you the actual math used to describe it. You'll know how much you made when (if) you get the check.

Check out Biofind.com, rumors section, for the real deal on this place. If they've deleted the content, just be assured that Americans are not treated well at Randox. You've been warned.

I've heard some mixed reviews of Randox on here and elsewhere. Has anybody got up to date info on working there? I've been offered a Business Development role and I'm in negotiation on salary etc.

Place is shite, no real understanding of project planning/ testing. Who the hell is charlotte ? What have u contributed? never seen u slaving away in r&d? Must be another call girl of big pete

place is awful, patent will run out on the biochip before it works like the way it should.
the sorry fact is that if they kept the talented workforce they once had happy they would have got there by now. Randox thought they would be easily replaced... Now their workforce are useless graduates with no real leaders. Good luck Pete...
