When you have local leadership that creates a poor culture you get disengagement and bad morale. MG is an example of a district manager promoted to a management position based on her sales results. Problem is, many good sales reps have no management or leadership skills and receive inadequate training after they are promoted. We get to live with her trying to learn and so far, she is a slow learner.
