I look around and see the defection and/or termination of basically all the top leadership - except HS - who just about drove Seq into the ground. He will single handily bring this place down before he gives up control. Does anyone really believe there is a future at Progenity, least to say an IPO? Bankers are reluctant to get involved with a company whose financials are dropping quickly, not to mention regulatory agencies scrutiny.

‘Leading’.... ha! That’s a good one.GG IS THE PROBLEM. The new CCO is reportedly a great guy with the heart and soul that was much like the old Progenity. Unfortunately, if he doesn’t go out and talk to sales and solicit candid advice... where they won’t fear professional retribution? Nothing is going to change. ASDs are a joke that only cowtow to GG. INEFFECTUAL MOUTHPIECES that are your typical windbags of the company. Managers are scared to voice real concerns and sales takes the brunt of all the problems of this charade of a ‘company trying to go public’. What a disaster. It’s really sad. There are so many smart and talented sales people here. This used to be a great place to work. Now I know why a friend at Myriad said ‘congratulations and best of luck’ when it was announced GG was coming over to Progenity.
 




NSM was a real downer. They opened with this motivational speaker to prep us for the fucking hammer they were going to drop on us on the last day. Now, all our ASD and Manager do is drop quotes from this guy..."remember to stay solution oriented" are you on the "right side of the page". Insert eye roll.

Oh and yeah. GG sucks. sorry wrong side of the page. Let me try again....let's be solution oriented HS kick his butt to the curb.
