what did you expect from a company who thought they would get by with the inflated title structure they have relative to business needs. Throwing a VP title at every director in the Bay Area to get them to join wasn’t a sound strategy.
Better make sure you are using the correct pronouns and participating in the correct groups if you want to avoid the axe.
