Blue/Red whatever you want to call it, here we go again. We wouldn't be in this situation without CEM and BTW CEM is an epic failure! They could have saved money by not screwing with district leadership, umm not having Sra HSA...(dumbest position ever, let's go and promote a bunch of people who have never managed to manage and sell. FYI the Sr HSAs are too busy trying to be managers than working their call plan. Wonder why numbers are dismal? However, to be fair Otsuka trained them a year into the role...WTF! The jury is still out if the manager training worked but whatever. In a nutshell, leadership should have said to collaborate more with your matrix and we will evaluate you on that with an MBO. Most of the CEM Kool-Aid drinkers are gone yet a few remain at the top. I can guarantee they will not be held accountable. Why on earth would you rock a boat that much before two critical launches? Leadership at Otsuka amazes me.
