Hi. I left PXL two years ago, and yes they pay you for earned unused vacation. I didn't have any personal days left when I resigned, so I don't know about that.
You should give two weeks notice because it's the professional thing to do and it's in your best interest. You will work with PXL folks again at a future job; all those people who quit go somewhere. They may be interviewing you for that job. It's always worth it to be professional.
Sorry to sound preachy. I understand how tempting it is to just leave. I was there four years, and the last year was God awful.
