So will Tom’s reorganization impact sales next after the home office??
He should restructure the sales force. We are tripping over each other and it would be the smart thing to do, so they will not do it!So will Tom’s reorganization impact sales next after the home office??
Classic Tommy Boy strategy. He always starts in home office with the cuts. Expect sales force blood bath by December. This is not Gibbs 1st rodeo. He was hired here at Lundy to lower the boom.
No need for a reorganization. Sales are great for ALL products. Tommy Boy will do nothing but draw a paycheck for nothing, just like JA and PA did. I will give it to Granny D however, things did improve under her leadership.
you show your ignorance and play right into Gibbs hands. Keep it up Jr! You obviously can’t see your hand in front of your face.
The poster is right, sales are good. I would be surprised if we did have a reorganization. If we do, it will be small like the others.

I agree. Sales are fine, maybe not where you are, but in the rest of the world they are doing good. Gibbs this and Gibbs that. He will be here for awhile then leave if he has 1 ounce of brains. It’s hard for him to slack off unlike us. Even though we never work full days, we are doing great! Slacking off is a recipe for success!
Dude has worked for numerous companies and never stays very long. This Wharton guys never care about anything except profitability. Sales are pretty good, cut expenses and profits are better. Then he will move along to the next show. Look out folks.
Gibbs has been a hired gun for his entire career. He generally sheds blood 1-2 years into a company and then bolts. Better sleep with one eye open.
Did you work under Gibbsy or are you just spreading false rumors? As others have said, sales are doing really well, so why restructure? Now, I could see cutting in half lower management very easily, but that’s not going to happen.
