I really loved working here when I was hired but it seems like upper management has no idea what they are doing. And you can't expect to keep people with the current IC plan. The way things have gone here in the past year are disappointing.
 






the yahoos that should be shown the door are MB & RA. RA is still a bully. She has been from day one when she just did it to our team and now she has the whole company and MB is clueless. All completely useless and in way over their heads.
 


How is RA a bully and MB clueless…because they expect people to do their jobs and actually work? This company has employed way too many people who skate by and do not work. Read the threads. You CANNOT be serious with this post ——— RA threatens people , plays favorites & is a horrible leader — why do you think the NE region has had so much turnover ? She pushed everyone out ; they can’t stand working for her.
 


Were you at the last 2 meetings? The NE team was super close and supports each other and her. I think I smell jealousy and negativity. If you’re so unhappy and all you know how to do is drag ppl names through the mud without facts and behind a computer screen (like the bully YOU are) then you should leave and go find another job.
 


KP just resigned. That is two long time employees in two weeks. Management is the issue, not money.

Yes, KP is a loss. But don’t be fooled about Dina R leaving. She posts on Cafe Pharma and EVERYONE knows she hates Regina and Mark. If you talk to her, she would be a better VP.

The problem is that none of the people in sales leadership are qualified to be where they are. Just do a search and you will see that they are vastly under qualified, lack knowledge and inexperienced to be making any kind of company decision. None were successful in their previous roles either. How do you be unsuccessful in your previous role and still get promoted up….let alone not really know anything either. MB has had a promotion or 2 since he became head of sales, despite Sales not even coming close to achieving revenue or sales goals. Really!!!!!

The company is where it is because they have promoted people to important positions who were not qualified or capable of doing the job, let alone know what the job function is. There are only a few people in Woburn who have a clue and their initials are not RA or MB… one of the shining stars in Woburn was KP!

KP Is a huge loss, DR is a huge loss… KD is probably leaving next! collapse is imminent. There will then be 0 RSM’s that have a clue! That’ll be fun!

this will be a case study in every MBA program nationwide of how NOT to run a company. This tragic story probably will run on Dateline in 15 years. how Biofrontera was driven into the ground - losing 100’s of millions in investor money!

What do those reps have in common? 4 of 5 left because they reported to RA. When there are so many complaints about 1 person, when will you see that it might not be EVERYONE else. There are a couple reps who support her, but a majority DO NOT. There are things said about MB but it’s incompetence, not bullying, off label selling, non compliance, favoritism, micromanagement. There is a reason why reps constantly go after 1 person with so much hate. They might be the ones bad for the company, not everyone else. #truth
