Don't U wish we could just say that to our customers regarding FluMist? talk about goodwill towards our company....Hey there, got leftovers????? Just return it, no ?? Asked. We'd be the true pediatric company with good policies and great products.

Just wait until your docs all push back and your numbers tank, oh and you go on a PIP and lose your job for it. Enjoy that. Probably time to get out while the getting is good.
 




Makes me so sick how this company is creating reasons for PIPS. Once a great company that treated people with respect. Really disgusting

What are some of the reasons. I hear about some last year. What SUCKS about them is that it id a deliberate way to thin out the sales force WITHOUT communicating anything to the reps. PW tells the ABMS what formula is used, then the ABM's do the nasty to the reps during the face to face one-on-ones.

This is a true event...

There is someone in my district who is being unfairly pushed out and badly treated with imaginary things. Things are being made up against this person and there are "PIP" threats being made by the manager. It's disheartening and also weak-willed and frightening.

thats called creating a hostile work environment for an employee, esp if others are not subjected to the same. Get the imagnery thngs documented on a voicemail or email or cellphone recorded during a rep/abm phone call. Also, was the PIP criteria spelled out to the rep? If not, then the threat or implication creates an issue. reps age or gender? may be a protected class. Seems that the implied threats are designed to make it uncomfy for the rep and the hope is for rep to voluntarily leave.
 


Mandatory PIPs are a way to get rid of people without paying severance. Does no one get that when reps are put on PIPS for flimsy reasons, it disheartens the whole group. Am I next? An environment where fear-based management is used, is usually when "management" doesn't want to announce lay-offs...just yet.

I know no one but the rep and manager are supposed to know...but we know.
