Crown is taking advantage of the remaining Revance employees who got zero incentive for being retained: no full RVNC stock payout, no retention bonus for absorbing the redundant roles, increased budget cuts, and clueless new Crown leadership. The old Revance C-suite made the decisions that sunk the ship but were rewarded regardless. Those of us who minded budget and kept things running despite all the obstacles are being scapegoated now for choices we did not make in the past. Crown’s recent 2,500 point ($25) employee appreciation award is a joke!
