Reverse Discrimination Class Action Lawsuit

Has anyone else been contacted by class action lawyers regarding a reverse discrimination lawsuit against J&J. I guess this stems from the big layoffs at PriCara in April of 2009. Apparently well qualified white males have not been rehired by any J&J companies. They don't even get replies when responding to job postings. Can class action lawyers really help??

If someone has been contacted please post the firm's number here.

YES!!!!! Please post any information you may have. If the people in EGYPT can make change happen so can the people screwed by the inept management at Pricara and J&J. It's time to make the fat cats pay for their incompetence!!!!!!!!!!! THEY USED US!!

There are too many instances of reverse discrimination within jnj op companies. "Redeployments", "Realignments", and "Downsizes" are simply business terms for whichever form of discrimination jnj wants to use against certain employees. Time for jnj to be called out on all their unfair practices.

It seems that once you're out of J&J you might as well be dead to the company (unless you were a DM or RBD, in which case they'll break their necks to find a spot for you, no matter how awful a manager you were).

Of the 1000 people or so dumped in 2009, I wonder who got back into J&J? My bet is less than 0.2% (two people or fewer).

The more a company tells you how caring and family-friendly it is, the more you know it's the Big Lie.

Discrimination of every kind is alive here at jnj. Reporting the discrimination to the proper authorities is the only way you can right their wrongdoings to prevent them from happening again.

I should have added that it is directed mainly towards females. They let the older guys get away with everything. Females have traditionally been discriminated against in this industry.

Not true. There are a lot of older women around at jnj who should have been fired years ago but have threatened to sue and will coast on through retirement. Only the connected brown-nosers survive. The fact is jnj easily gets rid of whoever they feel like targeting whenever they want. So much unfair practices and discrimination going on at "the baby company" that the proper channels should be aware of. If you've been discriminated here at jnj you owe it to yourself to speak up.

I am a white male with a PDP of 9 and Pinnacle Club in 2004 and a PDP of 8 and Pinnacle Club in 2005. The two people I trained in 2004 made Pinnacle also in 2005. I was pulled out of MDP due to "communication". I said umm when I left voice mails. What happened to leadership skills. I have since left the company and am on the verge of being promoted to a management level position, not in pharma but in healthcare. If this reverse discrimination is legit, please post any info on it. Thank you.
