To simplify here's the new Career Tree for all of you in sales:
100 % goal attainment each quarter = you are lucky and get to keep your job
100% goal attainment each quarter + lots of extra admin =possible promotion
Less than 100% goal attainment each quarter for a year = bye bye

The point is $1 million dollars to develop career tree was a waste of money. They could have spent five minutes writing down my previous post and saved the cash and all the bs that goes with it. iDP is a bunch of smoke and mirrors and a huge waste of my selling time. Leave me alone and let me sell my products with very little formulary coverage, I'm busy.

How much time do you spend writing your IDP? If it consistently is a "huge waste of (your) selling time" then perhaps you should become more concise in your written communications. Let me guess: you haven't gotten promoted yet. SHOCKER!

Actually, I have to correct you. >102% attainment (exceeds) + lots of extra admin = possible...

95-100% is meets and you wont get promoted having too many of those in the last xxx qtrs.

but I have seen PLENTY of people under 100% attainment for longer than a year and I havent seen them go anywhere.
 


Even if your were doing well where would they go any? EDCS - not many reps making goal over there and they don't seem to be very happy about it. IDCS - ask anyone over there and it seems like there chasing their own tails. RFT - complete popularity contest/episode of survivor. All that and you truly wonder how some of the current DBM got their job in the first place.

You're stupid. You don't know anything about the other jobs. Don't assume everyone else is equally as stupid.
 


Read the pdf on globeshare.If you have COE numbers thru june and the right ratings mostly based on sales performance you are good. If not no promo. Fair as can be expected. Manager and regional cannot help you unless numbers are right. That is that. I am not happy but wanted my promotion and just know it is what is.

They will promote whoever they feel like with or without the numbers .They have shown that over and over again.
 


The last post is 100% correct they will promote whoever they feel like numbers or not. It's a popularity contest disguised as being "mentored" by this DBM or RBD. The whole program is just that. You hear that from management, "He/She was mentored by so and so. I've see this happen enough times to call it the way I see it.

Nice try. I'm 38 and have been promoted several times within NNI. I am better, which is why I get promoted and you don't. Grow up and quit making excuses.
