Novo Nordisk is so ridiculously incompetent that it can't even give its receptionist a pen to take messages. Novo Nordisk is a corporation. Not sure buildings can be incompetent, but you obviously can be. And, I’m pretty sure she had a pen. She just wasn’t going to use it for whatever garbage you were trying to accomplish.
