Great guy to work for! He doesn't micro man you, just may ride with you from time to time but even then he's helpful and the ride isn't a nerve racking experience. If you do your job and show some numbers you're fine, I don't think he wants to babysit reps. As for your interview just sell yourself and maybe bring him a set of golfballs. Good luck!
