Roll over questions

expect 20% which keeps you well underpaid if you are "lucky" enough to roll over. do you really want to stay here? it's not going to get better. my respect for my RSM has kept me here but is no longer enough. I hope to be the next "lucky" person to jump off this rudderless ship

In the words of Jim Mora, former Saints football coach, "rollover, what rollover. Are you kidding me, rollover". What percent have been rolled in from Quintiles, 2%? lets roll in all the reps who told all their customers to use 03 code (Texas) without even checking insurance, company made zero on all these scripts. just stick to generics and Derm division and put an end to this revenue draining so called Neurology division.:(:(:(:(

20% on top of the paltry salary we got from quintiles. What a joke. Why do reps on the derm side get so much more in salary and have a higher target bonus than us?

Possibly that neuro was only to test the waters, where some loss is acceptable? How much was anticipated on a rebranded generic anyways? No wonder they can't pay reps a decent salary...they may lose their ass over this stuff. Going to be a long haul till the next product becomes available.

Calling a problem (be it person, product, or a disease) by name helps to keep a discussion focused. Call them out, share issues colleagues face, and propose probable solution. May be one day someone would get it and address it, rather than keep discussing 'unknown' with no results. Probably some folks here don't like that and love the status quo. It may be more rewarding though to start with fat cats sitting at top with only one merit: their connections in organization. More money to share!
