So, instead of rolling the majority of us with Lysteda over in Dec. they are only going to roll 30?!!! WTF! And they are not even giving us the criteria it is based on! Does anyone know? I mean if it is only 30 reps, quit having OD up in front at meetings saying he needs all 150 of us for "future products" ..........then roll us all!

What future product? Why do they want to roll over everyone? Is the product actually generate enough $. They must be keeping the high performer. Where is the next assignment?

Lysteda has not performed to expectations. Why would anyone other than the highest volume territories be expected to be rolled over?

Not 30 only 20 will roll. And then how long will u be employed w no other products to sell?

No. Sales are good. It is just some incompetent reps that they are removing. Every company goes through this. Sometimes you get the poor performers complaining on a pharma post.

These are not incompetent reps they were lied to by the recruiters that this was a guaranteed ferring position in 18 months. It is not. Not everyone was unemployed when they took this so called permanent position with ferring. It's not. And we are pissed. I heard they are not even rolling over 40. They have never been happy with the team pdi hired. JP has always thought we needed sales training. And we couldn't close hence, brennon selling.give me a break. You are right though the smartest ones have left. I'm looking

You are right...Lysteda's poor performance blamed on the reps...

This is so true. Pdi reps have never been seen as aggressive enough for ferrings standards that's why they seem so frustrated. You are not taken seriously and very few will be retaained

Who will sell Lyseda in the future?

When Will a Generic Version Be Available?
The first patent for Lysteda currently expires in November 2012. This is the earliest predictable date that a generic version of Lysteda could become available.

However, other circumstances could come up to extend or shorten this exclusivity period. This could include such things as lawsuits or other patents for specific Lysteda uses. Once the patent expires, several companies will likely start manufacturing a generic Lysteda drug.

Are you really this dumb...

Ferring has exclusive marketing rights for a specified period of time. The patent has nothing to do with it in cases such as Lysteda...

And you believe everything you read from that? the conversion has begun. The smart ones left? beg to differ, you means the ones that left and wanted to come back!!!

They can't roll us all over, so stop asking them. They will do it on their terms! so live with it. Stop the whining! This is not big pharma, they can do what they want. YOU WORK FOR THEM remember.

If you don't like it here, LEAVE! and why does it appear there are only two smucks talking on this site. Sound like two reps that just left....

They only said it was for 18 months anyhow, so be glad to get the additional year with whatever product they decide upon.

I agree that the issue has nothing to due about the caliber team from PDI, it's about Lysteda itself, the cost, the marketing, the direction (or lack of an effective plan), and most importantly..... the coverage! Managed care was not in all areas and that was Ferring's job, not PDI!

Managed care coverage makes or breaks a territory.
