Rollover?Retainment?

And you believe everything you read from that? the conversion has begun. The smart ones left? beg to differ, you means the ones that left and wanted to come back!!!

They can't roll us all over, so stop asking them. They will do it on their terms! so live with it. Stop the whining! This is not big pharma, they can do what they want. YOU WORK FOR THEM remember.

If you don't like it here, LEAVE! and why does it appear there are only two smucks talking on this site. Sound like two reps that just left....

A lot more than two left he'll one district only had 3 of the original 10 reps left. I want to leave because I'm tired of getting screwed on bonus because my volume is so high and now I get to look forward to selling this dog shit product for a 2000 a year raise. So glad I hung on to be the lowest paid specialty rep in the world.

They only said it was for 18 months anyhow, so be glad to get the additional year with whatever product they decide upon.

I agree that the issue has nothing to due about the caliber team from PDI, it's about Lysteda itself, the cost, the marketing, the direction (or lack of an effective plan), and most importantly..... the coverage! Managed care was not in all areas and that was Ferring's job, not PDI!

Managed care coverage makes or breaks a territory.

That would be an accurate statement

So 40 reps got rolled over and Ferring commited to another year with PDI for the other 108 reps. With the lack of Tier 2 coverage and Medicaid in certain areas, wouldn't it be easier to for Ferring just to let those territories go and run with a smaller sales force where coverage is more attainable?

they finally fired the incompetent DM in the west after she pushed out several very good reps. finally mgt did something about this Dm who dispised the RM and would do anything to make Ferring fail since DM knew they wouldn't get rolled over.

This is so true. Pdi reps have never been seen as aggressive enough for ferrings standards that's why they seem so frustrated. You are not taken seriously and very few will be retaained

That's right - that very DM was lazy and only focused on a select few, did things that were not in compliance and they finally got rid of the DM. Some very sharp reps were pushed out or let go because the DM had to spare their job as long as the DM could. Embarassing DM who would cut down the RM and say to Ferring mgt "yea, I'm drinking the cool-aid".

Poor leadership not the reps.
