RSMs dropping like flies.




8-10 in last couple months. What is going on? Where is everyone going?

Seeing how their bonus have been destroyed and no difference in salary ever then why would people stay. They penalized some RSM's at through all of last year for not meeting ridiculous goals. They roll out a new plan with lower percentage and no goal but still have found a way to take money. Must need more new cars for the execs.

I am a fairly new RSM but heard the reps that came from Ameritox make more base and commissions. Is that true?
 














No bueno! I'm here well under a year. Job market in healthcare/pharma sales is pathetic. Too young to retire. Options? Guess I'll just enjoy the free lunch for now. Unless insurance coverage opens up or billing policies change my territory will continue to bleed out.

Exactly, the ship has sank! Insurance will never open up to un-diversified labs. Eat your free lunch until you lose your job.
 


This company has evolved in to the worst place to work, but what do you expect when the management has NO CLUE of how to lead people. All the upper management team cares about is the Corporate Engagement Plan and whether your pipeline is in order. Well wake up folks because it ain't working. Admit it! You are losing your top sales guys on a weekly basis. This place sucks!
 


States on interview "this isn't pharma" then in reality...worse than pharma. 10calls, idiotic apollo/pipeline, no communication. Those still here only because the job market is pathetic.

Not true. They are very strong nationally. They are not in desperate sale mode so they can still value their sales team. They have many different labs across the country where Aegis has consolidated to one.


They have no national contracts. No uhc, Aetna, Cigna. You can not be a strong lab without that. They are just another one that will be gone soon. Plus the reps comp plan is basically also the same as Aegis. But Aegis doesn’t care they know he is flipping accounts
