SO spot on it needed its own thread

He doesn’t want to be respected, he wants to be feared. If the new CEO doesn’t do something, a lot of people will jump when the competition is recruiting or once they can secure a decent opportunity. Many are here because they have history with their teams and will move when they can take them.

SP cares more about us winning HIS WAY than he does about WINNING

Normally, people feel uncomfortable saying someone should be fired, but with SP he’s shown that he doesn’t care about people and will fire them to support whatever narrative he is pushing, and worst of all he doesn’t know how to sell.

SP has no business being in charge of anything. I challenge you to find one person that admires him.

I am in agreement. SP has done the same thing over and over. His plan or nothing. Ask questions and you will be shown the door. He is incompetent as a leader. His sales plan isn’t working.
The man is a soulless, untalented tyrant who imposes his school of thought on all of us managers. Disagree and you’re gone.

S.P. more or less makes you implement his ideas then fires you when they fail. Then he changes nothing. Voquezna messaging is as easy as it gets! The sales force is NOT the problem Peter!
