I would recommend running from this company. They only look at metrics and do not understand if you’re in a difficult territory where it’s tough to get signatures. You could be out doing your job, and they will accuse you of not doing it if you don’t have enough detail and sample calls. They also expect you to have one early and one late since they don’t trust their employees and feel they’re faking calls if they don’t get a signature. This company is horribly micromanaged, and though they don’t pay poorly, I would not recommend coming here. I reached out to a handful of people on LI who told me otherwise. Now looking back on everything, I think they were all too paranoid to be honest, which goes to give you a hint about the culture here. This company is one of the worst I’ve experienced in Pharma, which isn’t saying much. Horrible management too. Run!
