i'm under consideration for a BD job at Quintiles CRO group - any sales managers to avoid or people to be aware of? Would I be going into a political environment or is it open and trusting? Any info on their commission structure/plan?
If you are creative, innovative, etc., do not join Quintiles. Quintiles is a top down management company. Anyone who thinks outside the box, is negative in managements mind because you are going against their processes, etc. It's a very closed door management team. Also, diversity is lacking at Quintiles. Bottomline, if you have other options, strongly consider them. Quintiles should be your last choice as an employer.
This isn't the best place to ask those questions. I suggest you use LinkedIn contacts to get meaningful insight. And by the way, you dont sell >$1B in a quarter without creativity/innovation. As you can see you have some ex Q employees here with an axe to grind.
