I am needing some information from current Eli Lilly employees. I was recently offered a diabetes sales position and will be starting at Lilly in february. Could someone please let me know what home study and sales training is like? Schedules? Content? Tests? Etc... Thank you so much!

Excuse me, but that is "Mr. Doofus" to you. I am a graduate of a famous University with a major in Business, and a 3.78 GPA. In two years, I was told during the interview I could be running my own district, and in 4 years in-house sales management or marketing. You are stuck out in the field for however your short career lasts with this great company, and I am headed nowhere but UP!
See you around, Loser.

So what you are basically saying is that you are a recent college graduate with delusions of grandeur. Some of us who have been in the industry for a significant amount of time make as much as managers do out here "in the field" without the headache of babysitting a bunch of arrogant recent college grads who think they've hit the jackpot by getting a pharma sales career. Have fun on the way UP.

It doesn't matter. He must be a FDE doofus. That is all that is getting "hired" right now. He'll be gone in 1-2 years. There is no where to go but OUT.
